2. Once you have completed the booking, you will get an email confirmation and an intake form to complete. You will need to fill out the intake form before each visit to help me best assist you during the visit. It usually takes about 10 min to complete.

3. On the day of our visit, please try to have baby’s last feed no later than 1.5 hours before the visit. It is hard to time sometimes but we are hoping for a hungry baby when I am working with you. If baby gets really hungry before we meet, try to feed enough to comfort them but not to make them overly full. Sometimes it does not work out timing wise, and that is ok. We can work with whatever is going on at the time.

4. If you are coming to the office, please bring whatever you normally use to feed your baby (aside from pillows, I have plenty of those!). You may also wish to bring your pump/pump parts.

5. Relax, and take a deep breath, I will be with you to guide you through this time. I will meet you where you are at, no judgment, only support.
